These terms govern your use of the Mizaji mobile app and the mizaji.app website. By downloading, installing, or using Mizaji, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Mizaji is

Mizaji is a personal mood-tracking app. It is a self-help tool, not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are in crisis or need medical advice, please contact a qualified professional or the emergency services in your country.

License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store or Google Play end-user rules.

What you may not do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where the law explicitly allows it.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any of its components.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
• Use the app to violate any applicable law.

Your content

Everything you write inside Mizaji — moods, notes, tags — belongs to you and stays on your device. We do not access it, read it, or share it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular mental-health outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizaji and its publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the app (typically zero).

Changes to the app and to these terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes to the terms will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access if we believe you have materially breached these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
