Mizaji is a small independent app. There is no call center — just real humans reading your email. We usually reply within 1–3 working days.

To help us help you faster, please include:

  • Your device model (e.g. iPhone 14, Pixel 8).
  • Your OS version (e.g. iOS 18.2, Android 15).
  • The app version (visible in Settings → About).
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • A screenshot if possible.

Common questions

My entries disappeared — can you recover them?

Because Mizaji never sends your data anywhere, we do not have a backup on any server. Importing a previous export back into the app is planned for a future update, but is not available yet — so for now, if you did not keep an export file, we unfortunately cannot recover lost entries. The safest habit is to export your history from Settings → Export Data every so often and keep the JSON file somewhere you control (a cloud drive, an email to yourself).

I changed phones. How do I move my history?

On the old phone, go to Settings → Export Data and save the JSON file to your cloud drive or share it to yourself — that keeps a safe copy of your history. Restoring that file into a fresh install is coming in a future update; importing from a file is not yet available in the app. For now, keep the export handy, and you will be able to bring it back as soon as import ships.

The daily reminder isn't firing.

Check three things: (1) Notifications permission is granted for Mizaji in system settings. (2) Focus / Do Not Disturb is not silencing it. (3) In the app, Settings → Reminder Time is set and enabled.

Does Mizaji replace therapy?

No. Mizaji is a self-help tool for noticing patterns in your own moods. It is not a medical or diagnostic tool. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified mental-health professional or the emergency services in your country.
